Mutton Kolhapuri Mix

A redolent spice mix for meat in traditional Maharashtrian red gravy.Ingredient Required:-

• Entire Contents (80g) of this packet
• Mutton 500g
• Water 2 ½ cup (500ml)

How To Cook:-Pressure Cook Method:-

• Mix Suhana Mutton Kolhapuri Mix, mutton and 2 ½ cup (500ml)water in a pressure cooker and cook for 6 whistle on low flame, for 30-35 minutes
• Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.

Stove Top Method:-

• Mix Suhana Mutton Kolhapuri Mix, mutton and 4 ½ cup (900ml) water in a cooking pan
• Cover with a lid and cook for 50-55 minutes or till the mutton is tender
• Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
